My son came in on 12/29 for a haircut and beard trim. Unfortunately regardless of advertising beard trimming as a service (and always having this service performed before), my son was told to go to Jude Barbershop in Kalamazoo because SportsClips did not offer beard trimming. Quite frankly, I do not care if the shop was closing in 45 minutes or if the employee is just ignorant. You offer a service, you provide it. NEVER send a loyal customer to another place. All you accomplished was losing MULTIPLE customers. I review EVERYWHERE.
